I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Assistant to help me organize my e-commerce business and personal finances.
This role is not marketing, not ads, and not design.
The main focus is numbers, operations, and organization.
What you will do
Track and organize daily personal expenses (I will send expenses regularly).
Monitor e-commerce numbers: sales, costs, profit, refunds, and replacements.
Manage returns, exchanges, and product issues (bags, machines, defects).
Log and track customer cases (refunds, warranty, damaged products).
Follow up on canceled orders, failed deliveries, and payment issues.
Create simple weekly and monthly reports (clear, not complex).
Help organize processes and workflow (time management is a plus, not the priority).
Who this is for
You enjoy working with numbers and systems.
You are very organized and accurate.
You have experience with e-commerce operations.
You understand personal finance tracking.
You are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
Who this is NOT for
“All-in-one” VAs who do ads, design, and social media.
People who prefer creative work over structured work.
Anyone who dislikes handling details and follow-ups.
