JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Instagram Social Media Manager to support a growing personal brand and coaching business. This role focuses on content publishing, engagement, and lead management using GoHighLevel, including the GoHighLevel Social Planner.

You should be comfortable managing Instagram content inside GoHighLevel, handling DMs, and organizing leads within the CRM.

Core Responsibilities
Instagram Content & Publishing (GoHighLevel Social Planner)

Schedule and publish posts, Reels, and Stories using GoHighLevel Social Planner

Format captions, hashtags, and CTAs provided

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style

Repurpose existing content into short-form posts

Engagement & DM Management

Respond to Instagram DMs and comments using approved scripts

Identify, tag, and qualify leads from conversations

Escalate hot leads to the sales or coaching team

Maintain professional, on-brand communication

GoHighLevel (CRM & Lead Management)

Manage Instagram conversations inside GoHighLevel

Create, tag, and update contacts accurately

Move leads through pipelines and stages

Monitor and manage existing workflows related to Instagram leads

Ensure all Instagram leads are captured and tracked properly

Reporting & Coordination

Track posting consistency and engagement metrics

Monitor lead flow from Instagram into GoHighLevel

Provide weekly reports on content, engagement, and leads

Communicate clearly on progress, issues, and improvements

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have

Proven experience managing Instagram accounts

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including Social Planner

Strong understanding of Instagram DMs and engagement

Good written English and professional communication

Ability to follow SOPs and work independently

Nice-to-Have

Canva or basic video editing skills

Experience working with coaches, creators, or service-based businesses

Understanding of lead qualification and CRM organization

What Success Looks Like

Content is posted consistently and on schedule via GHL

Instagram DMs are handled daily and professionally

Leads are properly tagged and moved through pipelines

CRM remains clean, organized, and accurate
