Facebook Ads & Operations Manager (E-commerce | Long-Term Role)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our e-commerce team long-term.

This role combines Facebook Ads execution with daily operational tasks, including stock management and coordination with other virtual assistants.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow processes, and take ownership of tasks.



Main Responsibilities:

-Launch and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (testing & scaling)

-Monitor campaign performance and follow given KPIs

-Manage and track product stock levels across different markets

-Coordinate with video editors and product page assistants

-Update Google Sheets and keep operational data organized

-Follow clear processes and improve them when needed

-Report issues and propose solutions (not just problems)



Requirements:

-Proven experience with Facebook Ads (e-commerce)

-Experience with stock or operations management

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

-Comfortable working with Google Sheets & Google Drive

-Clear written English communication

-Long-term mindset and reliability


Nice to Have:

-Experience with cash on delivery (COD) markets

-Experience working with remote teams / virtual assistants

-Basic understanding of product testing frameworks

-Experience in African or emerging markets (plus)
