About the Role
Premium Select Finance is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to support a long-term client working with Australians. This role is heavily focused on invoice coordination, Excel-based financial tracking, and reporting, requiring precision, consistency, and strong stakeholder communication.

This role is ideal for someone who is very strong in Microsoft Excel, methodical in approach, and comfortable coordinating with partners in a professional environment.

-Key Responsibilities
Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and on time
Coordinate directly with international suppliers to confirm billing details and supporting documents
Maintain and manage Excel-based trackers for invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Update and maintain financial records within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Perform reconciliations using Excel formulas and structured data tracking
Prepare financial summaries and reports for internal and client review
Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and well-organised across Excel and CRM platforms
Provide finance-related administrative support as required

-Key Requirements
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting officer roles
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, reconciliations, data tracking are essential)
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems for record management and reporting
Experience working with international suppliers or overseas stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
