EverCare Placement – Arizona (Remote)

EverCare Placement is a fast-growing senior placement agency helping families find assisted living, memory care, and group homes — at no cost to them.

We need someone immediately who can:

Handle a high volume of calls

Speak clear, professional English

Support contracting with homes and communities

Follow instructions and keep systems clean

You will report directly to our Operations & Systems Coordinator and execute daily priorities.

What You’ll Do (Simple + Clear)
1. Provider Contracting (Daily)

Call group homes and senior living communities

Collect licensing info, pricing, availability, and care levels

Follow up for missing documents and signatures

Update and maintain accurate provider records

2. Calls & Outreach

Make outbound calls to homes and communities

Answer inbound calls from families

Represent EverCare professionally and confidently

Gather information and route calls/leads correctly

3. Intake & Lead Handling

Be the first point of contact for families

Ask basic intake questions (needs, timeline, budget)

Document details clearly

Assign leads to the correct agent immediately

4. Daily Execution

Follow instructions without hand-holding

Update CRM and Google Sheets daily

Report what’s done and what’s pending

Communicate clearly with operations

You struggle with English conversations

You need constant reminders or supervision

You avoid outbound calling

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

Speak clear, confident English

Are comfortable making and answering many calls

Are organized and detail-oriented

Can follow SOPs and direction precisely

Are reliable and consistent

Can work Arizona daytime hours

No senior care experience required — we train fast learners.
