Virtual Assistant Needed for Small Business (Social Media + Packaging Support)

Hi! I’m looking for a highly creative and proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow my small business. This is a long-term position for someone who can not only stay organized but also has a strong creative eye and can help maintain the look, feel, and style of the brand across all platforms. You’ll also assist with creating e-books and online course materials using AI and other content tools.

What You’ll Do:

Graphic design & content creation: create visuals for social media, product packaging, website, and marketing materials

E-commerce support: upload products, manage inventory, assist with product listings, and help maintain an attractive online store

Social media management: help schedule posts, suggest content ideas, and keep the brand aesthetic consistent

E-book & course creation: assist in writing, formatting, and designing digital content; familiar with AI tools for content creation

Assist with general business tasks as needed (emails, research, organization)


Who You Are:

Highly creative, with a good sense of color, layout, branding, and visual storytelling

Experienced with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, etc.)

Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (writing, designing, formatting)

Able to translate the vibe and feel of a brand into visuals and content

Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative without constant supervision


Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with small businesses, wellness, tea, or herbal brands

Ability to brainstorm creative ways to present products and digital content online

Experience with digital course platforms (Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.)

Strong written English and attention to detail


Work Hours & Pay:

Full-time or part-time, flexible schedule

$4–6/hour (depending on experience)

Paid monthly via bank transfer or preferred method
