Credit Repair Specialist – Phone & Online Disputes (ASAP Start)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced credit repair specialist or small team needed for immediate start.

You will handle direct online disputes and phone-based inquiry removals.

No mailed disputes.
No LetterStream.
No postmail workflows.

Dispute responsibilities:

• Dispute with TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian
• Upload disputes through Experian Upload
• Submit disputes through the CFPB portal
• Submit disputes through the BBB portal

Phone-based inquiry disputes:

• Call all three credit bureaus
• Dispute inquiries not linked to open positive accounts
• Complete calls on behalf of the client
• Follow bureau-specific procedures
• Use both male and female callers as required per client

System management:

• Manage disputes inside DisputeFox
• Track dispute rounds and outcomes
• Provide clear status updates per client

This is a part-time, per-client role with immediate start.
Client volume is low now and expected to increase.
