GoHighLevel (GHL) Data Integration & Automation Specialist (Make/Custom App)

We are a merchant services company seeking an expert GoHighLevel (GHL) Integration Specialist to finalize and then enhance a critical data automation pipeline. The immediate goal is to complete the existing integration built in Make that standardizes and syncs merchant portfolio data from three external CSV sources into our GHL account for daily reporting. The long-term goal is to transition this functionality into a custom-built, production-ready web application.

The successful candidate's first and most critical task will be to step into and complete the existing, near-finished Make scenario.

Upon successful deployment of the Phase 1 solution, the role will pivot to building a more scalable and reliable custom application to replace the Make scenarios.

Required Skills & Expertise
• GoHighLevel (GHL) Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel API for creating/updating Contacts and Opportunities and working with custom fields.

• Automation Platforms: Expert proficiency with Make (Integromat) is mandatory for Phase 1.

• Data Handling: Strong ability to parse, clean, and standardize data from disparate CSV sources.

• Programming (Phase 2 Focus): Proficiency in a scripting language suitable for backend development (e.g., Python or Node.js) for the custom application build.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve logic and API integration errors within the existing Make setup.
