Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce Jewellery Brand (Shopify, Quickbooks, Admin)

Job Description:

Hi, I’m Ramona, founder of Rani & Co., an e-commerce jewellery brand based in the UK. I’m looking for a reliable, communicative, initiative-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me as the business grows.

This role is long-term for the right person.

Responsibilities:
- Shopify product uploads & updates
- Editing product descriptions and basic SEO
- Website updates (banners, imagery, collections)
- Stock tracking and weekly reports (bestsellers, low stock, search queries)
- Working with our merchandising consultant for stock management
- Creating on brand graphics for Instagram Stories (Canva)
- Optional: basic bookkeeping / QuickBooks support
- General admin and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Clear written English
- Experience with Canva/Photoshop
- Ecommerce experience

Hours:
- Part-time (10 hours/week to start)
- Flexible schedule
