As part of our expansion, we are hiring remote Filipino talent.


Role Overview
We are looking for friendly and confident English Coaches who can guide users in improving their spoken English and communication skills. This role focuses on conversation-based fluency building, confidence development, and supportive coaching in a safe, moderated environment.


Key Responsibilities :
Conduct 1-on-1 conversational sessions to help users improve their English fluency.
Encourage users to speak more confidently, clearly, and naturally.
Provide feedback to help users progress over time.


Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and a supportive coaching style.
Ability to guide conversations positively and professionally.
Interest in teaching, coaching, communication, or customer interaction roles.
Comfortable speaking with different personality types.


Experience:
No prior teaching or coaching experience required — full training will be provided.
