PR, Outreach & Speaking Engagement Virtual Assistant

This role will support my speaking and training business by executing PR outreach, identifying media and award opportunities, pitching me for speaking engagements, managing follow-ups, organizing my pipeline, and handling basic operations. You will work closely with my publicist’s playbooks to grow my visibility, secure interviews, nominations, and bookings, and optimize my personal brand presence.

Bonus points if:

• experience with publicists, PR agencies, or authors/speakers
• understanding of healthcare, digital health, pharma
• light negotiation experience for speaking fees
• ability to ghostwrite short responses
• time zone overlap with EST
• portfolio or proof of previous outreach wins
