Infra Analyst

Role: Infra Analyst - Tech Division

Rate: $5/hour + benefit and perks

1. Troubleshooting Virtualization Platforms:
Monitor and manage VMware and Hyper-V infrastructures.
Diagnose and resolve virtual machine performance issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as resource allocation adjustments.
2. Support for Remote Application Server (RAS) Parallels:
Assist users with accessing remote applications and desktops through RAS Parallels.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure smooth operation of remote applications.
3. Server Operating System Support:
Provide basic support for Windows and Linux operating systems.
Troubleshoot common OS-related issues such as networking problems, software installation failures, and user account management.
Assist users with basic tasks such as file management, printing, and system configuration.
4. Active Directory Related Tasks:
Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory as per company policies
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Assist with the provisioning of new user accounts and the de-provisioning of accounts for employees who leave the organization (Onboarding / Offboarding)
Infrastructure Analyst
1. Basic troubleshooting of Virtual Machines on Vmware and Hyper-V environment
2. Basic troubleshooting of Windows Server and Linux OS
3. Basic troubleshooting of Parallels Ras related issues
