Role Overview
-We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to build, manage, and scale our outbound sales motion. You’ll own performance for BDRs, optimize our HubSpot pipeline, and drive revenue growth through consistent execution and coaching.
-This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys building process while leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and coach BDRs to hit monthly pipeline and revenue targets
-Own outbound strategy (email, calls,) and continuously improve conversion rates
-Track performance, KPIs, and forecasting in HubSpot
-Refine sales scripts, sequences, and objection handling
-Maintain a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and buyer needs

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
-Prior experience managing or mentoring SDRs/BDRs
-Strong outbound sales and closing skills
-Proficiency with HubSpot CRM
-Experience selling to healthcare practices or compliance-driven industries is a plus
-Self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills
