Social Media Assistant for Instagram and TikTok

About the business
I run a personal brand in photography and small business coaching. I create regular content on Instagram and TikTok to support my services and digital products. I am looking for someone to support ongoing social media content, not just scheduling posts.

Role summary
You will support day-to-day Instagram and TikTok content. You will help plan content, come up with Reel and TikTok ideas, write captions, and repurpose content across platforms. This role supports growth and consistency rather than launches only.

Key responsibilities
• Help plan weekly Instagram and TikTok content
• Come up with Reel and TikTok ideas
• Write captions and basic calls to action
• Schedule content
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Follow trends and suggest content ideas
• Check basic performance and insights

Skills and experience required
• Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts
• Understanding of short-form video content
• Ability to write clear and simple captions
• Experience using Canva and CapCut
• Comfortable working independently and suggesting ideas
