JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Google Ads Specialist to join our team long-term. You will not just be "monitoring" accounts; you will be responsible for strategy, A/B testing, and ensuring our ad budget results in actual profit. We are looking for someone who loves data, speaks up when they see an opportunity, and is looking for a stable career home.

What You Will Do
Campaign Management: Build and optimize Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.

Keyword Strategy: Perform heavy negative keyword research to stop wasted spend.

Reporting: Create weekly reports in Looker Studio (Data Studio) explaining why performance went up or down (not just sending screenshots of numbers).

Testing: Set up A/B tests for ad copy and landing pages.

Communication: Coordinate with our team daily via Slack/Zoom.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Agency experience is a plus).

English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English is required for ad copy and team communication.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center.

Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a backup power source/internet plan.
