We’re looking for a LinkedIn-first Social Media Content Manager & Content Creator to take real ownership of our content and help improve how we show up online.
This is not a task-only role. You’ll be expected to run the system, improve it, and make it better over time, not just follow instructions.
You’ll manage content for Branding by Books and selected client brands we work with.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end LinkedIn content management (strategy ? creation ? scheduling ? optimization)
Repurposing LinkedIn content to other platforms
Creating and improving visual assets (carousels, images, simple graphics)
Building and maintaining content calendars
Scheduling content to publish automatically
Supporting or overseeing LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator experience is a plus)
Reviewing analytics and actively improving performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with LinkedIn content (not just Instagram or
Comfortable working with multiple brands and voices
Pays attention to analytics and uses data to improve content
Proactive, organized, and reliable
Willing to suggest improvements and take initiative
Strong English communication skills
Looking for a long-term, full-time role
