Your Mission:
Find 20+ qualified potential customers per week (80+/month) who need handyman services in Atlanta. You'll identify people actively looking for help, collect their contact information, and pass it to our sales team who handles all outreach and closing.
What You'll Do:
Search
Monitor Nextdoor for service requests and property owner discussions
Find property managers and landlords who manage short-term rentals in Atlanta
Identify homeowners discussing renovation/repair needs online
Collect name, contact info (phone/email), and project details for each lead
Document all leads in our tracking system with clear notes about their need
No phone calls - 100% online research and data collection
What a Qualified Lead Looks Like:
Located in Atlanta metro area
Owns property OR manages properties
Has an active need (posted about repairs, asked for recommendations, mentioned upcoming projects)
Contact information available (phone or
What Success Looks Like:
Minimum 20 qualified leads delivered per week
Clean, accurate contact information and project notes
Leads are property owners/managers (not renters asking questions)
High engagement rate when our VA reaches out
What We're Looking For:
Strong internet research skills
Experience finding leads on social media platforms
Detail-oriented - accurate data entry is critical
Understands the difference between someone who needs service vs. just browsing
Self-motivated and can work independently
Good written English for understanding posts/context

Compensation:
Base: $400 USD/month
Commission: $10 per lead that books a job
