We’re a leading e-commerce brand specializing in personalized canvases for the US market — and we’re growing fast! We're currently expanding into major EU markets, and we’re looking for dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our team.
You’ll be part of a vibrant, remote team of 130+ PH-based professionals, working together to bring meaningful, custom products to customers around the world.

WHO WE NEED:
We’re a fast-paced and growing company looking for a Customer Support Representative - who will be the friendly, trustworthy voice behind Tailored Canvases and who can thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver exceptional customer service. If you're a strong communicator, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
-Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, chat,
-Engage with users through >>
-Understand and apply "comment hacking" techniques to drive visibility
-Work directly with the CEO and occasionally interact with C-level executives
-Take initiative in supporting team needs and improving customer interactions
What We're Looking For:
-Excellent written communication skills
-Strong listening and logical thinking abilities
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/processes
-Reliable, proactive, and highly organized
-Demonstrates strong commitment to the role, whether full-time or seasonal
-Familiar with the dynamics of Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM)
-With positive Work Attitude
-Stable internet connection for consistent performance
-Can work on Sundays, 2-11pm PH time and/or Graveyard shift
-Preferred: Experience in CSR, particularly in social media customer service
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
-E-commerce experience with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias/Zendesk, or Aircall
**Bonus if you’ve worked with Print-on-Demand (POD) brands!
-A sales-driven support mindset — you don’t just respond to customer queries; you guide, recommend, and upsell the best-fit solutions for their needs
-Fluent, professional English communication — clear, concise, and customer-friendly

-Strong soft skills — including empathy, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
-A growth-ready mindset — eager to take on more responsibility, including telemarketing opportunities (with bonus incentives) as you grow within the role
Shift Details:
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PH time and/or Graveyard shift
Days: Includes Sundays
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
