90210 Brands is a boutique digital marketing, software, and creative agency working with established businesses generating between €500K and €20M+ per year.
Our clients expect high standards, speed, and consistency — not average work.

We work lean, directly with founders, and we value people who take ownership of their craft.

The Role:
We are hiring a full-time Creative Designer to join our internal team on a long-term basis.
You will collaborate directly with the founder and internal partners.
Ideas, hooks, and concepts will be provided — your job is to execute them into clean, premium, high-converting visuals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Your work will mainly include:
-Facebook & Instagram Ad creatives
-Social media design (post & story, reels)
-E-commerce Creative – Product images, infographics, conversion layouts
-Branding & Identity – Logos, packaging, brand elements, typography
-Brand Guidelines – Full manuals, presentation templates, visual systems
-Photo Manipulation & AI-Generated Visuals
-Video Editing (basic and mid-level)

All tasks are assigned and tracked via ClickUp.

Working Hours & Availability (Important):

This is a full-time role
You must be consistently reachable during working hours.

You are expected to:
Communicate reliably on Slack, WhatsApp, and ClickUp
Join internal calls for onboarding, project kickoffs, and weekly stand-ups
Update ClickUp daily with task status and deliverables

What We Expect From You
You shall:
-Deliver work on time and at a high standard
-Follow creative direction and brand requirements
-Work independently without hand-holding
-Communicate clearly and proactively
-Handle feedback professionally and apply it quickly
-Respect deadlines and internal workflows
-This role requires discipline, reliability, and consistency.

Required Skills (Do Not Apply If You Lack These):
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Strong typography, spacing, and layout skills
Ability to design visuals that convert, not just look good
Motion/animated ads (basic to mid-level is fine if quality is high)

Bonus (Nice to Have):
UGC short-form video editing for ads
Strong visual storytelling and concept development

Compensation:
-Starting at USD 1200/month, paid bi-weekly
-Performance-based bonuses
-Salary review after the initial period based on performance (after 3 months + 300$ bonus, writtenin the agreement)
