Job Application Automation Specialist OR Virtual Assistant – Mass Job Applications

Role Overview

We are hiring a freelancer to set up and manage automated job application systems that submit high-volume, targeted applications while maintaining accuracy, customization, and tracking. This role is execution-focused and designed to scale applications efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

Automated Job Applications
- Set up and operate systems capable of submitting 1000–2,000+ job applications per month
- Apply across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS portals, and company career pages
- Follow daily submission limits and best practices to avoid account issues

Application Customization
- Customize application responses to match job descriptions
- Adjust keywords, screening questions, and cover letters as required
- Use AI tools and templates to maintain speed and relevance

Application Tracking
- Track every application in a spreadsheet or database (Airtable, Google Sheets, or Notion)
- Log job title, company, link, date applied, resume version, and status
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records

Status Monitoring & Flagging
- Monitor email and application portals for responses
- Flag interview requests, assessments, follow-ups, and rejections
- Notify client promptly of positive responses or required actions
