JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!
I run a Shopify dropshipping brand in the alternative healing niche called Vemise. I’m looking for a VA with Shopify experience to help with email customer support and social media comments on our Meta Ads.

Your main role will be handling customer emails, social media comments/messages, and order-related inquiries. You must have excellent English communication skills, respond within 24 hours (excluding Sunday day off), and be confident providing polite, professional replies to customers.

I currently receive around 10–15 emails per day. Most responses use our templates in Notion, but you should be comfortable drafting or editing replies when needed.

Tasks
- Respond to customer emails on Outlook (order issues, product questions, general inquiries) within 24 hours
- Reply to comments and messages on Meta in a friendly, professional way
- Handle order-related issues via Shopify (tracking numbers, order status, replacements, speaking to suppliers, etc.)


Must have
- Shopify experience
- Strong written English skills (C2)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Previous VA or customer support experience

Salary & Hours
- Rate: £3/hour (~237PHP)
- ~1-2 hours per day (maximum 2 hours per day)
- Hours and pay may increase depending on performance and product demand
- Long-term role for the right person who is serious and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and brand success
