Real Estate Cold Caller

A.N.G Properties is a real estate investment company specializing in wholesale residential properties. We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to contact property owners, qualify leads, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners using provided lead lists

Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation

Identify motivated sellers and gather key property details

Qualify leads based on condition, timeline, and motivation

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for acquisitions managers

Accurately update CRM with call notes and lead status

Maintain professionalism and compliance with calling regulations

Qualifications

Strong communication and listening skills

Comfortable with cold calling and rejection

Ability to follow scripts and systems

Organized and detail-oriented

Prior real estate or sales experience preferred but not required

Reliable phone and internet connection
