About Us:
2Reds is a 100% Australian-owned company specialising in custom sports apparel for clubs, teams, schools, and professional athletes. We’re growing fast and need help building an organised, automated sales pipeline to manage our contacts and leads efficiently.
The Role:
-We are looking for a skilled CRM & Sales Pipeline Specialist to:
-Build a CRM from scratch to track leads, contacts, and sales stages.
-Import and organise ~14,000 contacts.
-Set up automation for lead follow-ups,
-Integrate the CRM with Slack and
-Segment contacts for targeted marketing campaigns.
-Provide guidance/training for the team on using the system effectively.
Requirements:
-Proven experience building CRMs or sales pipelines for small businesses/startups.
-Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
-Strong knowledge of automation, workflows, and lead management.
-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Good communication skills.
Nice to Have:
-Experience with marketing tools or e-commerce systems.
-Familiarity with contact segmentation for campaigns.
