TikTok Shop Affiliate Outreach Specialist

We are a US-based small business selling unique fragrance & perfume products. We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us build relationships with TikTok creators and drive sales through the TikTok Shop Affiliate program.

The Role: Your main goal is to find creators that fit our niche, contact them, and get them to agree to receive a free sample. You will be the "engine" of our affiliate marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Find 30–50 relevant TikTok creators daily who match our brand niche (Micro-influencers: 10k–100k followers).

Outreach: Send 50+ DMs or Emails per day using our provided scripts.

Follow-Up: Manage replies and follow up with creators who haven't responded.

Tracking: Maintain a Google Sheet updating the status of every creator (Contacted, Sample Sent, Video Posted).

Coordination: Input shipping details for creators who accept samples so we can ship their products.

Requirements:

Experience: You must have prior experience with TikTok Shop or Influencer Marketing. You should know how to find creators' contact info.

English: Excellent written English is required. You will be communicating with US-based creators, so your grammar must be natural and friendly.

Organization: You must be highly organized and able to work with Google Sheets.

Communication: Must be responsive on Slack/WhatsApp during working hours.
