Brand Partnerships BDR – Executive Outreach

MontBlack Inc. partners with U.S. heritage and family-owned brands to protect their reputation and grow their sales across Amazon & Walmart.

We’re expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative whose role is to create interest, influence decisions, and book qualified meetings with brand owners who are a strong fit for MontBlack’s services.

This is not an appointment-setter role.
This is structured business development built on persuasion, value positioning, and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Work with a pre-qualified list of brand owners provided by MontBlack
Speak directly with U.S. founders and brand owners (40–75 yrs)
Lead professional conversations that spark interest in MontBlack
Position our services in a compelling way that makes decision-makers want to meet
Address objections with clarity and confidence
Book qualified meetings with real buying intent
Own follow-ups and ---------- ntum until meetings are completed

How You’ll Work
Operate within a clear outreach framework, defined qualification standards, and a structured follow-up system
Success is measured by qualified meetings booked and consistency in execution
Work inside established systems while having full ownership over execution

What We’re Looking For
Proven BDR / B2B outbound experience
Strong persuasion skills rooted in value, clarity, and trust (not pressure)
Excellent client relationship & business communication skills
Executive presence and confidence speaking with founders and CEOs
Ability to think, listen, and adapt in real time (not script-dependent)
Comfortable carrying responsibility for commercial outcomes
