About The Role
We’re looking for a confident SEO team lead with local SEO experience, leadership qualities, and incredible communication.

You’ll be responsible for leading the SEO team, setting deadlines and project management, quality assurance, and making reports.

If you love guiding others, have incredible communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies for local clients
Lead, mentor, and train SEO specialists
QA work from the team
Create monthly reports that outline all work and progress clearly
Communicate with vendors (for links, PR, etc.)
Oversee technical audits, on-page optimization, and keyword research
Build content strategies and Google Business Profile optimization plans
Test new tactics, analyze results, and share insights with the team
Track team performance


What We’re Looking For
5+ years in SEO and 2+ years leading teams
Proven results ranking local businesses
Deep knowledge of local SEO, GBP, and map pack strategy
Strong on-page SEO skills (keyword research and mapping, page content, internal linking, site structure)
Interest in dominating AI/LLM search results
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strategic problem-solver (comfortable using AI to research and troubleshoot)
Experience managing backlink budgets and digital PR
