AI Automation Specialist (Chatbots, CRM, Zapier,N8N, AI Tools)

We are a UK-based AI agency helping businesses automate lead generation, customer support, and operations using AI. You will be responsible for building and maintaining AI automation systems for clients.

Responsibilities:

Build AI chatbots (web, WhatsApp, social)

Create automations using Zapier / Make / N8N

Integrate CRMs, email, SMS tools

Customize AI workflows per client goal

Document systems/KPIs clearly

Meet deadlines independently

Requirements:

Experience with AI tools & automations

Zapier or Make experience (required)

Chatbot experience (required)

Strong English (written)

Reliable internet & availability

Bonus (not required):

OpenAI API experience

CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
