Landscape architect/land development designer

I need help designing a 1-acre mixed-use property (residential and commercial) in Pennsylvania USA, combining existing elements with new development and exploring several design options. I am seeking someone creative who can innovate and propose new ideas.
- Utilize provided PDF of site survey and aerial imagery of the site.
- Create multiple design options on 2D plan.
- Include components like existing and proposed trees, landscape, parking lot, walkways, pond, greenhouse and buildings.
- Develop 3D renderings of the best design options.
- Provide calculations such as impervious coverage and building coverage
- Collaborate on changes as design progresses.
- Participate in Google meet design meetings with me so we can share screen and discuss the design (do not need to use video) at mutually agreeable times between 7am and 8pm EST
