About the Opportunity
AutoRealty.ai is a fast-growing real estate lead generation agency that connects verified seller leads directly to realtors. We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant / Sales Rep to run booked calls with agents and help them confidently get started.
This is a remote role with real growth potential for someone who’s coachable, consistent, and can communicate clearly on calls.

What You’ll Be Doing
- 3–4 booked sales calls per day (about 30 minutes each) with qualified real estate agents
- Calls are held over the phone
- Walk agents through our lead generation system and how we fill their pipeline with verified seller leads
- Answer questions around pricing, lead quality, delivery, and verification
- Take notes, update a simple tracker/CRM, and follow up professionally
- Nurture interested prospects and help move them to a decision
? No cold calling. These are pre-qualified prospects who already showed interest.
? Our offer is an easy sell — we currently close at roughly a 2/3 rate

Must-Haves
- Excellent English (spoken + written) — you must speak clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Previous experience working in Real Estate (marketing, wholesaling, etc)
- Comfortable being on calls and guiding the conversation
- Strong communication skills: you can explain simply, handle basic questions, and ask for the close
- Coachable: you take feedback and improve fast
- Organized: you reliably track calls, notes, and follow-ups
- Basic tech comfort

Availability Requirements (Important)
- You must be available during US business hours, typically 9am–6pm EST
- You will not be working that full block daily — work is booking-based, meaning you’re needed when calls are scheduled and for follow-ups before/after

Training
- Paid training provided
- You’ll get a script, call flow, and objection handling so you can succeed quickly (you don’t need to be a “sales expert,” but you do need to be able to sell).

Compensation
- $800/month - $1200 base + commission
- We’re low-ticket but high-converting, so commissions aren’t “enterprise huge,” but the offer is simple, the close rate is strong, and there’s real upside as you ramp call volume and grow with the team.
