Cold caller commission base

We are seeking a motivated cold caller to contact small business owners and introduce our web development and digital services. Your role is to qualify prospects, spark interest, and book appointments for our sales team. This position requires confidence on the phone, clear communication, and the ability to follow a proven script while adapting naturally to conversations. Responsibilities include making outbound calls daily, accurately logging call outcomes, identifying decision-makers, and setting qualified appointments. Prior cold calling or sales experience is preferred but not required if you are coachable and consistent. Commission-based with performance bonuses.
