Talent Connect Inc. is a U.S. Department of State–designated J-1 Visa sponsor specializing in structured training programs in hospitality, culinary arts, and related fields. We support international participants, U.S. host organizations, and academic partners in building meaningful cultural exchange experiences with clear expectations, transparent fees, and strong compliance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation and Data Entry Assistant to support our outreach and recruitment efforts. This role involves researching potential leads, collecting accurate contact information, and entering data into our systems to help our team stay organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research potential leads using LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and other platforms
• Collect and verify contact details (name, position, email, phone, company, location, etc.)
• Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel Sheets, and/or our CRM
• Clean and organize existing databases, removing duplicates and correcting errors
• Tag and categorize leads according to criteria provided by the team
• Track lead status (new, contacted, follow-up, not interested, etc.)
• Prepare simple weekly reports on leads generated and sources used
• Send draft emails/messages to existing and new leads
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in lead generation and/or data entry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and naming/labeling conventions
• Good written English for reading profiles, websites, and job descriptions
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
