Strategy-Minded Content Creator & Community Coordinator for fast growing personal development brand

We’re looking for a content creator who thinks strategically and uses performance data to make better content decisions over time.

Our content research protocol is laid out, but an interest in strategy for high performance graphics and videos is a must.

This role is for someone with a good eye for aesthetics who enjoys understanding why content works, applying that insight, and then making the content to watch it perform.

Main content creation will be done for you but editing (repurposing) and researching trends etc will be your responsibility.

You’ll work with a small team and alongside an analytics & SEO specialist who provides performance data and insights.

This role suits someone who likes clear direction, takes ownership of their output, and enjoys refining work based on results. You’ll have strong guidelines and autonomy over how you organise your work.

Hours:
Mon–Fri 6–11am Manila time. Position is 25 hrs but you’ll work in 50min focus blocks (with a teammate) and get a 10min break for each 50min block. This means there’s almost 1hr of breaks baked into the schedule.

Responsibilities include:
• Basic long-form podcast video editing
• Short-form editing (Reels / Shorts / TikToks)
• Graphics made for performance (YouTube thumbnails, Pinterest pins, carousels, quote posts)
• Audience engagement and community support
• Practical content research and performance review

Experience in marketing, strategy, or audience growth is a bonus, but strong execution and judgment matter most.
