Email Designer & Sender (Project Based)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Email Designer & Sender who can take provided copy and CTAs and turn them into high converting, visually clean emails. This role focuses on execution, not copywriting. You will design, build, and deploy emails inside ClickFunnels and Omnisend.

Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing, high converting marketing emails
• Build emails inside ClickFunnels and Omnisend
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity
• Optimize layout for mobile first viewing
• Ensure proper formatting, spacing, and CTA placement
• QA emails before sending to avoid errors
• Collaborate with our team to hit deadlines during launches and promotions

Requirements:
• Proven experience designing and sending marketing emails
• Strong understanding of email conversion principles
• Experience with ClickFunnels and Omnisend required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow provided copy exactly while enhancing conversion through design
• Fast turnaround and clear communication

Nice to Have:
• Experience in ecommerce or supplements
• Understanding of deliverability best practices
• Familiarity with A/B testing layouts

Test Project:
• Build and design one promotional email for LadyBoss
• We will provide copy and CTA
• You will design and build the email inside ClickFunnels or Omnisend
• Must be mobile optimized and brand aligned
• Deliverable: Share preview link or screenshots plus confirmation it is build ready
