Operations & Vendor Representative

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, operations-focused representative to launch and oversee our nationwide compliance, verification, and QA agency.

This role includes:

Applying to all vendor programs

Managing subcontractor onboarding

Overseeing AI automations + workflows

Assigning jobs to subcontractors

Reviewing work (with AI assistance)

Coordinating with offshore VAs

Ensuring timely completion of assignments

Preparing vendor documentation

You will manage all daily operations and act as the primary point of contact for our partners and subcontractors.
