am a licensed Realtor in Northern Virginia & Washington, DC. I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help me set up and manage CRM automation, follow-up workflows, and basic social media scheduling.
This role is execution-focused, not creative or sales-based. You will work from clear instructions and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and organize contacts in CRM
• Tag leads (buyers, sellers, open house, past clients, relocation)
• Set up and maintain follow-up automation sequences
• Assign tasks and reminders in CRM
• Upload and schedule social media posts using Canva
• Track basic engagement and report weekly

Requirements:
• Previous real estate VA experience preferred
• Experience with CRM automation and workflows
• Familiar with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM
• Comfortable using Canva (no design expertise required)
• Strong English communication
• Organized, responsive, and consistent
