Rate: $4 USD/hour + performance-based commission
Commission: $50–$250 per each paid deal

About Me

I’m a luxury travel influencer, primarily active on Instagram, collaborating with luxury hotels, resorts, and tourism boards worldwide.

My work focuses on premium travel experiences and high-end visual storytelling. I collaborate on both paid and hosted (unpaid) partnerships, and I’m looking for a virtual assistant to help scale my hotel and tourism outreach globally.

I value long-term collaboration — my previous virtual assistant worked with me for over four years, and I’m looking for someone who can grow into this role long term.

Who I’m Looking For

This role is preferably suited for a male candidate with:
• Experience in hotel, tourism, PR, sales, or professional outreach
• Confidence communicating with hotel managers, PR teams, and tourism boards
• Strong written English skills

You should be comfortable with professional communication and consistent follow-ups.

Responsibilities
• Research luxury hotels, resorts, and tourism boards worldwide
• Send personalized outreach emails and Instagram DMs
• Pitch influencer collaborations (paid and hosted stays)
• Follow up on previous outreach conversations
• Track all outreach, responses, and results in Google Sheets
• Identify high-potential collaboration opportunities

Requirements
• Excellent written English (very important)
• Experience with outreach, PR, sales, or influencer marketing (preferred)
• Professional communication style
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow templates and personalize messages
• Reliable and proactive work ethic

Hours & Growth
• 8 hours per week for the first 4–6 weeks (training & adaptation period)
• Opportunity to increase up to 20 hours per week
• Pay and responsibility increase based on performance and results

Compensation & Performance Bonus

In addition to the hourly rate, this role includes a performance-based commission:
• 5% commission on paid collaborations secured directly through your outreach
• Example bonuses:
• $1,000 deal ? $50
• $2,000 deal ? $100
• $5,000 deal ? $250
