Influencer Brand Outreach Virtual Assistant (Luxury Travel, Lifestyle and Fashion brands)

Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 8 hours/week to start (first 4–6 weeks), with potential to increase to 15-20 hours/week

Rate: Starting at 4$ during first few weeks of training + sales commissions/bonuses;

About Me

I’m a luxury travel and lifestyle influencer, primarily working on Instagram. I collaborate with luxury hotels, tourism boards, fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle brands around the world.

My content focuses on high-end travel, fashion, and lifestyle experiences, and I work with both paid and unpaid (hosted/gifted) collaborations. I’m now looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me scale my brand outreach and partnership opportunities, mainly with US-based and Europe-based brands.

I value long-term collaboration — my previous virtual assistant worked with me for over four years, and I’m looking for someone who can potentially grow into this role long term.

Who I’m Looking For

This role is preferably suited for a female candidate with:
• Experience in influencer marketing, brand outreach, or email outreach
• Strong written English skills (can use ChatGPT)
• Interest in fashion, luxury, and social media

You should be comfortable communicating professionally with brands and adapting outreach messages while following clear templates and instructions.

Responsibilities
• Research relevant luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and jewelry brands
• Reach out to brands via email or instagram DM
• Pitch for influencer collaborations (both paid and unpaid)
• Follow up on previous outreach and conversations
• Track outreach, responses, and results in Google Sheets
• Help identify strong partnership opportunities that align with my brand

Requirements
• Excellent written English (very important), you can as well use ChatGPT
• Experience with outreach, influencer marketing, PR, or sales (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow templates and personalize messages
• Reliable, proactive, and communicative
• Comfortable working independently after training

Hours & Growth
• Starting at 8 hours per week for the first 4–6 weeks (training & adaptation period)
• Opportunity to increase to 15-20 hours per week based on performance and results
• Pay and hours can grow over time for the right candidate

In addition to the hourly rate, successful paid collaborations secured through your outreach will earn a 5% commission, creating the opportunity to significantly increase monthly earnings based on performance (50-250$ bonus per each payed deal).
