Customer Service Specialist (E-commerce / Dropshipping)

Good afternoon,

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, T Commerce is a fashion-focused e-commerce company operating multiple online stores across several countries. We are a young, driven, and enthusiastic team.

At this stage, the workload is approximately 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Saturday is optional. As the business continues to grow, this role is expected to scale to full-time (8 hours per day) in the near future. It is essential that you are willing and available to grow into a full-time position. The exact working hours and fixed schedule will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

You will work closely with another Customer Service Specialist to ensure that the entire backend of the business runs smoothly and that customers across all our stores receive the best possible service.

In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple stores
- Handle customer inquiries, proactively resolve issues, and minimize refunds
- Maintain direct communication with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
- Work closely with the Social Media team to identify recurring customer issues and patterns
- Help optimize internal processes to support the long-term growth of the company

This is a key role within our organization, with real responsibility and impact. We are looking for someone who is committed to long-term collaboration, not a short-term position.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven and demonstrable experience in customer service for a dropshipping e-commerce business
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with ---------- , Re:amaze, and Slack
- Willing and able to grow into a full-time (8 hours per day) role
- Reliable, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working closely with multiple teams
