Virtual Assistant (AI Website Builder Using Templates)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Virtual Assistant to support our AI?powered website development workflow. You will use preset website templates and AI tools to create and update websites for small and medium?sized businesses.

This role does not require coding skills or end?to?end project ownership.
You will complete structured tasks within a clearly defined workflow — you are part of the process, not the entire process.

Training will be provided, and all tasks follow step?by?step procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Website Creation (Using Templates + AI Tools)
Use preset templates to build websites inside our platform

Populate templates with client information, content, and branding

Generate written content using AI tools (with prompts provided)

Replace images, update sections, and apply styling as instructed

Follow the layout and structure already designed — no custom designing required

Workflow Support
Complete assigned steps in the website pipeline (you are not responsible for the full project start to finish)

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery

Provide updates on task progress inside our internal systems

Follow instructions carefully and adhere to deadlines

Quality Control
Check websites for typos, formatting consistency, working links

Ensure brand information is accurate before passing the project to the next stage

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (written & reading)

Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

Basic familiarity with website builders (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, etc.) — not required but a plus

Ability to follow step?by?step SOPs without skipping details

Comfortable using AI tools (training provided)

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Attention to detail and willingness to learn a structured workflow

Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with CMS platforms

Experience editing images or using Canva

Background in administrative or technical support
