JOB OVERVIEW

Vero Maintenance is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our footprint across the property management and real estate industries. What You’ll Do
As our SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to build pipelines, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to property managers and management companies.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries.
- Qualify prospects based on their portfolio, service needs, and decision-making readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls for the VP of Operations or Sales Leadership.
- Manage all outreach, notes, and tasks in HubSpot CRM.
- Build and optimize HubSpot sequences, nurture campaigns, and workflows.
- Track engagement analytics and adjust messaging to improve conversions.
- Work with Operations to stay aligned with capacity, pricing, and service capabilities.
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales development, inside sales, or business development experience.
- HubSpot experience is REQUIRED — sequences, workflows, lead scoring, reporting, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach with organization and accuracy.
- Motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset.
- Experience in property management, HOA services, real estate, or maintenance is a plus (not required).

Working Conditions:
- This is a fully remote position — work from anywhere.
- Must be available to work at any US time zone during business hours, Monday – Friday.
- Use of Hubstaff time-tracking software is required during working hours.
