Real Estate Lead Research VA (Zillow & Facebook FSBO – Charlotte)

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to help source real estate leads in Charlotte, NC.

This role is RESEARCH ONLY.
No calling. No sales. No negotiations.

Your task:

Find For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties in Charlotte, NC

Use ---------- and Facebook Marketplace only

Log each property into a spreadsheet

For each property, collect:

Property address

Asking price

Days on market(Minimum 30 Days)

Listing link

Owner phone number or Facebook message link

Notes (as-is, vacant, needs repairs, price drops, etc.)

Requirements:

Experience using ---------- and Facebook Marketplace

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets

Able to find 10–15 listings per day

Schedule:

1–2 hours per day

5–10 hours per week to start

Pay:

$3–$4 per hour (USD)
