Sign Shop Data Entry

Description:
We are a US-based sign shop looking for a virtual assistant to enter jobs into ShopVOX. Tasks include creating estimates, converting jobs, attaching artwork, assigning production stages, and updating job status.

Requirements:
• Experience with ShopVOX or sign/print shop software
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet
• Available during US business hours
• Basic understanding of sign industry terms (wraps, decals, banners, installs)

Hours:
10–20 hours per week (to start)

Pay:
$5–$7/hr (based on experience)
