This rate is for senior-level eBay operators who can work independently and take ownership of listing quality and performance.

If you are not fully comfortable operating without step-by-step instructions, this role is not a fit.

What You’ll Be Paid To Do

At $10/hr, your responsibility is judgment, not volume.

You will:

Research products suitable for dropshipping on eBay

Build and optimize listings using AutoDS

Write clean, intent-based titles

Select images that outperform competitors

Price listings with fees, volatility, and margin safety in mind

Identify risks before they become problems

Improve weak listings proactively

Performance Standard

Every listing must be defensible.

You should be able to explain:

Why this product was chosen

Why it is priced the way it is

Why the title and images will convert

How policy and IP risk were considered


Speed matters, but judgment matters more.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
