We are looking for someone who is a team player who is always up for a challenge. Must have friendly and outgoing personality. While there will be some administrative work done in the position the primary focus is setting appointments via cold calling or following up with potential clients in our database
This positions does pay a monthly salary(which is paid each week) in addition we offer a bonus paid for each conducted appointment based on the appointment type. So if you are successful in setting strong appointments the bonus can be quite a lucrative addition to your monthly salary.
Responsibilities:
•Must have strong computer skills
• Call expired listings, FSBO and geo farm lists to prospect for potential sellers using REDX, MOJO Dialer
• Qualify and determine if appointment needs to be set or put on touch/ drip campaign.
• Follow up with sellers
• Report numbers daily for calls and appointments
• Research/ Data Gathering using REDX, MLS, MOJO
• Set Follow up Tasks and update CRM– FollowupBoss
Knowledge of Real Estate, cold calling, appointment setting, Proficiency in FSBO, Expired, Circle Calling Scripts – Required
Previous real estate appointment setting and telemarketing experience (preferred)
