Position Overview
Norvantis Home Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support the expansion of our non-medical home health care services into Delaware, Virginia, and Maryland. This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional with entry-level to early-career experience who is looking to grow in healthcare operations, administration, and regulatory coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with insurance representatives, state agencies, and internal leadership, with training and guidance provided.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks related to multi-state home care services
Support documentation, tracking, and filing for state and regulatory requirements
Help maintain organized records for operational and compliance purposes
Insurance & Agency Communication
Support communication with insurance companies and Medicaid offices under supervision
Assist with gathering, submitting, and tracking enrollment or documentation requests
Follow up on requests and inquiries as directed
Scanning documents
Email
Monitor and respond to professional
Route inquiries to appropriate tea
Draft basic correspondence and maintain communication logs
Technology & Workflow Support
Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and tracking
Maintain organized digital files and shared folders
Assist with updating spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in healthcare, human services, or administrative support (or relevant internship/entry-level role)
Basic familiarity with healthcare settings, insurance processes, or regulatory environments
Comfort using Google Workspace (G Suite)
Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong written communication and professional
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn healthcare operations and compliance processes
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)
Experience in home care, home health, or non-medical support services
Exposure to insurance verification, Medicaid, or provider documentation
Interest in healthcare administration or operations as a career path
