We are a growing EU-based digital services company and are looking for a reliable full-time Customer Support Associate to handle written customer communication and inbox support. This is a long-term remote position for candidates who value structure, professionalism, and consistency.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or chat-based roles
Excellent written English (grammar & clarity are essential)
Strong attention to detail
High reliability, discretion, and work ethic
Stable high-speed internet connection

Hourly rate increases to $3/hour after 6 months of continuous cooperation.
