Canva Designer for Minimalist Wall Art (Arabic–English) – Long-Term

I am building a small, calm, minimalist digital brand focused on Arabic–English wall art and printables.
I am looking for a reliable Canva designer who can execute clean, elegant designs based on clear direction.
This is not a fast or chaotic project.
Quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter more than speed.

Responsibilities:
• Create minimalist wall art designs in Canva
• Follow a defined color palette, fonts, and layout rules
• Prepare print-ready files (PNG / PDF when needed)
• Create simple, neutral mockups for Etsy listings
• Make revisions based on feedback

Requirements (important):
• Strong Canva experience
• Clean, minimalist design sense
• Experience with wall art, printables, or digital products
• Good English communication
• Willing to follow a style guide
• Patient and detail-oriented
Arabic language is a plus, but not required / I will provide the Arabic text.

NOT required:
• Etsy management
• Marketing
• Branding decisions
• Copywriting

Work type:
• Part-time / task-based
• 5–8 hours per week to start
• Long-term potential

Nice to have (optional, not mandatory)
• Experience with Etsy digital products
• Experience with printables or wall art
• Familiarity with neutral / minimalist aesthetics
• Basic understanding of Arabic text handling (not required — text will be provided)
