Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist

Six One Agency is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to help us grow our team. This role focuses entirely on sourcing and presenting top-tier candidates for a remote/hybrid position in the United States.

What You’ll Do
Refine and post job descriptions on Linkedin and Indeed
Source candidates and review applications
Build talent pipelines and manage inbound applicants
Conduct first-round interviews and candidate screenings
Assess skills, experience, culture fit, communication style, and salary expectations
Present only shortlisted, highly aligned candidates with clear summaries
Send personality tests and request references
Schedule interviews with the CEO and manage candidate communication

What You Bring
3–7+ years recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Experience hiring for creative, marketing, PR, or operations roles
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, polished presence on video and in client-facing communication
Able to credibly represent the agency brand when interacting with candidates
Uses current, accurate profile photos on professional platforms for transparency and trust
Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
Familiarity with U.S. hiring expectations (a plus)

Reporting: Directly to the Founder/CEO
Hours: Flexible, project-based
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
