The role

You will take ownership of a defined portfolio of UK residential blocks and manage it end-to-end.

Not administrating chaos.
Not chasing broken processes.
Running clean buildings, clean numbers, clean communication.

You will be trusted to act like a professional adult from day one.

What you will be responsible for
• Full management of residential blocks under UK legislation
• Lease interpretation, compliance, and day-to-day governance
• Budgeting, service charges, reconciliations, and financial control
• Contractor management, tendering, performance standards
• Clear, confident communication with leaseholders and directors
• Anticipating issues before they become problems
• Keeping standards high even when nobody is watching

This is a thinking role, not a ticket-closing role.

• IRPM Level 4 qualification held
• Impeccable written and spoken English
• Deep understanding of UK block management realities
