Experienced Sourcing Expert for Supplement Manufacturing (Pet or Human)

We’re looking for a highly experienced sourcing expert who truly understands how to work with **Chinese supplement manufacturers** — not just finding suppliers on Alibaba, but managing the entire process **from A to Z**.

We need someone who knows how to communicate confidently and professionally with factories **without scaring them off**, while making sure everything meets **U.S. standards and Amazon requirements**.

Responsibilities:

* Identify, vet, and negotiate with reliable supplement manufacturers in China
* Evaluate factories for quality control, GMP, and FDA/AAFCO compliance
* Request and verify COA, product specs, and certifications
* Understand the full process: formulation, production, packaging, labeling, and logistics to the U.S.
* Explain clearly how the entire process works — from sourcing to import and Amazon compliance

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience sourcing supplements (pet or human) from China
* Deep understanding of FDA, AAFCO, GMP, and Amazon regulations
* Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage suppliers confidently
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly professional
